While it's tempting to label neurodiversity as a superpower, doing so overlooks the complexities and struggles that individuals face. It would be naive to ignore the very real challenges that neurodivergent individuals navigate in both their personal and professional lives. However, with the right support systems in place, these challenges can be mitigated, allowing neurodiverse individuals to thrive and contribute to their full potential.
