With our management training we go use a combination of training, team coaching and mentoring to teach your management team why supporting neurodiversity is so important and how to do so.

This isn’t your ordinary yawn lecture training, this allows managers to set there own goals, create there own sessions to remain present and motivated throughout.

Team training

It can be hard to get a team to understand the importance of a new process, or wrap their head around something they don’t know anything about like neurodiversity.

Having team training sessions can help support the implementation of new processes as well as promoting employee buy in. This allows everyone to understand the importance neurodiversity and how they can support themselves and team members in the processes.

This training can be two fold, either in a large group setting then breaking out into smaller groups, or in smaller group sessions mixing coaching training and mentoring all together.
